YARN, GAUGE, SIZE AND MACHINE: Any yarn that will knit tuck stitch and fairisle on the machine chosen may be used. A machine with automatic patterning capability is preferred but the tuck and fairisle may be hand selected if necessary so as to make the blanket on a hobby machine. Knit on the full width of any machine. Any yarn may be used. The sample is alpaca. Blanket will be about 30” square but will vary somewhat with yarn choice. Many gauges are included. Like all Kangaroo Covers, the blanket folds into an attached pillow. Pillow section is fairisle, blanket section is tuck stitch.
