Perfect for re-usable Easter Egg hunts!

This pattern is 462 stitches. This pattern is written in U.S. terms. Stitches included: chain, magic ring, single crochet, single crochet increase, single crochet decrease

While the stitches needed are simple, this pattern may be more suited for advanced beginners because of the many color changes. Finished egg is approximately 10cm/4 inches tall by 8cm/3 inches wide.

Tools needed:
Any yarn can be used. In the photos I used medium weight 4 acrylic yarn, with 3 colors: black, white, and pink.
Any crochet hook can be used. In the photos I used size D/3 3.00mm
Scissors
Needle
Fiberfill for stuffing
Embroidery floss (optional)
8mm safety eyes and 1011mm safety nose (optional)
Small craft hat (optional)

Note that if a toy is being created for a child under the age of 3 years, please do not use safety eyes or noses.
