″Papilio″ means butterfly in Esperanto. Papilio is a cardigan with a pattern in two colours on the yoke, and a line of butterflies knit in intarsia along the left of the front. The cardigan is knit top-down, and is knit in the round and steeked. Because the cardigan is knit top-down, it is easy to try on as you knit. Papilio has more stitches (and thus more room) in the front than in the back. Other than that there are no suggestions for shaping the body. There are instructions for sleeves with wide and narrow ribbing.

“Papilio” betyr sommerfugl på esperanto. Papilio er en jakke med mønster strikket i to farger på bærestykket, og en rad med sommerfugler som strikkes i gobelinstrikk langs det venstre forstykket. Jakka er strikket fra toppen og ned, og strikkes rundt og klippes opp til slutt. Fordi jakka strikkes fra toppen og ned er det enkelt å prøve den på underveis. Jakka har flere masker (og dermed mer rom) i fronten av bolen, sammenlignet med ryggen. Utover dette er det ikke lagt inn noe forming i bolen. Det er instruksjoner på to typer ermer: med smale og vide bråt.
