It is an easy scarf project that can be knit in any type of yarn. The lacey pattern gives the scarf a vertical drape result and makes it terrific to use as an accessory item in every season.

Directions are given for 2 portions of the scarf and then sewn together. The scarf may be knit short for a cowl appearance or long for a regular scarf look depending on your preference.

Knit 2 together

Knit 3 together
Slip wise k1 2 stitches knitwise onto right needle, knit next stitch on left needle, pass two slipped stitches over the last knitted stitch.
