Parallel Lines
Here is my latest free sock design which I hope you will enjoy.
Parallel Lines Sock was designed as a sock that you can wear with sneakers or trainers - it has a tailored fit for comfort.
The design is very quick to knit and doesn’t use much sock yarn - I used only 50g of left-over yarn to make a pair (I do have small feet - UK size 3).
The sock has a picot cuff, heel flap and simple K3,P3 rib for the leg pattern - it makes a good choice if you want an easy knit between projects or to use up left-over yarn.
The choice of yarn is up to you, any 4ply / fingering weight sock yarn will do - pattern gauge is 9 sts per inch measured over Stocking Stitch using 2.25mm needles.
This sock design will fit a foot circumference of 8 1/2” and foot length is adjustable.
Happy knitting everyone :)
Raquel x
P.S. Don’t forget to post photos of your projects - I’d love to see them :)
