This is a deceptively simple make. Pairing solid stripes of half trebles and a two row repeating lace pattern to show of the bias of the fabric. This is a very elegant wrap to wear.
Although we’ve made this in a cotton acrylic blend it would work well in any fibre.

Width can be adjusted by altering the number of stitches. Note that the width will be considerably less than that of the starting chain due to the bias of the fabric created. The stitch count must be a multiple of 9 plus 7. Length is adjusted by working more or fewer repeats. Changing the size alters the amount of yarn required.

1 215g skein Scheepjes Whirl (4ply weight, 60% Cotton 40% acrylic, 215-225g/1000m) in Minty Black Velvet

3.5mm hook (US G) hook

Tension
16 sts and 15 rows in half treble crochet in the back loop only to 10 cm/4 in using 3.5mm hook (or size needed to achieve tension)
