The rich patterning makes this an elegant top, go with the multicolor sugar-cane yarn as shown for something warm-weather friendly, or select a rich silk-blend for dressy elegance.

Worked in the round bottom up, the dramatic Peri’s Parasol lace is worked to first 6 inches, then panels of Dragon Skin stitch on front and back complete the texture (without lacy openings). The v-neck is slightly rounded.

With plain stockinette sides, you have plenty of space to shape and suit your body wonderfully, instructions offer suggestions but no specifics beyond the straight mid-torso line. Lace by its nature will flare out like the flirt that it is!

This pattern was originally offered free in one-size when I knit the first one, but this version is available in multiple sizes for a small fee.
