Simple modern lace in a luxurious wrap.

Paravel is a luxurious rectangular wrap in fingering weight yarn. Drape it across your shoulders to show off the subtle textures and lace, or loop it around your neck as a decadent scarf. An asymmetrical design uses the traditional Totem Pole lace pattern up one side and easy lace edging on both edges, with broken rib check for the main body. A short pattern repeat and plenty of rest rows make this a pleasant, leisurely knit.

Easy to modify too! Check out BlueberryHill’s 1 skein Paravel Scarf, it’s gorgeous!

FAQ about Row 2: When you bind off 4, then knit 5, the knit 5 includes the 1 stitch leftover on the right needle from the bind off. So bind off 4, knit 4, meaning you will have 5 stitches on your right needle.
