PATTERN NOTES
The Mermaid is made in sections and sewn together: Tail, Body, Tail Fins, Head, Hair Cap, Arms, Bikini Top and Tail Accent. The Hair is added like fringe to the Hair Cap and styled to your preference. When working in continuous rounds, place a marker in first stitch to indicate beginning of the round. Move marker up as each round begins.
