Parliament of Owls Jumper
More than one owl and you’ve got a parliament of owls! And all these owls want to keep you company when you’re out and about. A band of owls run all round the jumper. Matching owl-like cables run down each sleeve.
The pattern is intermediate, as you will need to know how to cast/bind on and off, knit, purl, combinations of knit and purl, picking up stitches around the neck and armholes, and simple cabling. (Even if it’s your first time cabling, you will be able to, it’s that easy!) Written line by line in English, with British and American terms. Options for making the sleeves or body shorter or longer are incorporated into the pattern, although this may change yarn requirements.
A loose fit and drop shoulders create a casual look and a fast knit. And chunky/bulky yarn makes for a lovely, warm and cosy jumper.
Measurements:
