No Winter Wonderland is complete without one!

Happy Holidays, Knitters! Here’s a fun little project to squeeze in between the wrapping, baking and decorating.

He’s about 4.5” from head to…uh…snowball when assembled. There is no sewing. Zero. Nada. You do need to be able to work in the round, increase, decrease and make some sort of embroidered markings (French knots, little lines, duplicate stitch, etc.) to give him features. This is written for double pointed needles, but there is no reason not to use magic loop. You could even work the snowballs flat and seam them later (I don’t even think you need to reverse the shaping, but I might be wrong).

Note: If you pull your snowmen up good and snug during assembly (to make a dimpled, flattish bottom), they stand by themselves! If you plan to make tabletop decorations like that, follow the assembly instructions, trim the ribbon ends and tack on their hats last to hide the knot! (this will make sense after you’ve read the pattern)

Melissa has test knit for me - she is amazing and FAST! She says you are all safe to proceed!
