Knit a pair of personalized socks for someone you love (or yourself!) with this customizable pattern.

The socks are knitted top-down from cuff to toe, beginning with a twisted rib cuff, stockinette in the round, and a customizable colorwork section for adding a set of initials. The heel features a heel flap and gusset, and the toe is joined with a kitchener stitch.

Needles:

• 2.5 mm (US 1.5) circular needles

Note: This pattern was designed to be knitted in the round on 80 cm circular needles using the magic loop technique and instructions are written accordingly, but feel free to adjust for a different length cord or DPNs if that is your preference.

Yarn:

This pattern was designed and knitted with Lang Yarns Super Soxx Zoo Soxx in the color Elephant (Main Color) and Happy Sheep BabyWool in White (Contrast Color), and requires the following approximate quantities.

• Main Color: 46 g / 194 m / 213 yds (52 g / 219 m / 240 yds) 58 g / 244 m / 267 yds (66 g / 278 m / 304 yds) 74 g / 311 m / 341 yds
• Contrast Color: 6 g / 26 m / 29 yds (6 g / 26 m / 29 yds) 6 g / 26 m / 29 yds (7 g / 30 m / 33 yds) 7 g / 30 m / 33 yds

The socks can also be made with any other fingering weight or sport weight yarn that can achieve the correct gauge.
