These little Party Balloons make super party decorations, or add to bouquets for special occasions. Each balloon is a quick project for using up odds and ends of yarn. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the balloons are knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES
A pair of 2.75mm single pointed knitting needles (US 2).

RECOMMENDED YARN
Stylecraft Special Double Knit; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; a few grammes per balloon.


NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, and a drinking straw or lollipop stick.

SIZES
One size only - approximately 6.5cm tall.

TECHNIQUES
For beginners and above, other techniques used include seaming, a kfb increase and k2tog decrease.
