This is a pretty two part pattern - A party frock/dress with a cable/lace bodice and peterpan collar AND a ruffled cape/wrap.
Size changes are made partially by changing needle size which is why I haven’t entered yarn requirements or needle sizes above.
3mm needles make the smallest size with 4oz 2ply shetland yarn in main colour and 1/2 oz contrast for collar and waist tie.
Largest size requires 3.75mm needles and 7oz 2ply shetland yarn and 1/2 oz for collar. (There are 4 sizes in between).
