A scarf’s length and width depends greatly on the knitter’s goals. So, as long as you cast on an even number of stitches, the measurements are really up to you.

This scarf is very ‘stretchy’ and drapes well.

6 ply wool is a good alternative to 8 ply, as this scarf is quite thick.

Remember to buy the same amount of wool in TWO colours!!
