A simple knitting pattern for a baby’s crib/pram blanket, with a moss stitch border and stitch motif patches. I designed this whilst waiting for the arrival of my first baby, so has a special place in my heart.

Knitted in one piece using Rowan Handknit DK, 100% cotton yarn, which gives, softness, stability and great stitch definition.

Size: 55cm x 68cm (21.5” x 26.75”)

Skills required: cast on and bind off, knit, purl and the ability to work from a row by row knitting chart.

Needles: 4 mm (US size 6) needles. Can be knitted on straight single point needles or back and forth on a circular needle depending on your preference.
