Patchwork Cardigan
Learn how to make a fun, colorful, and easy-to-make piece for your closet. This patchwork cardigan will add a touch of personality to any outfit, and is perfect for fall and winter. This cozy cardigan is constructed via a series of different colored yarn squares that are to be sewn together into panels and then seamed into the completed cardigan. The chunky bottom ribbing, button band, cuffs, and collar are the finishing touches for a clean-looking patchwork cardigan.
Materials
-4.5mm crochet hook
-400-500 meters light (#3) acrylic yarn in 4 different colors. (See pattern for breakdown by size)
-Scissors
-Darning needle
-Measuring tape
-needle and thread
-5 buttons (about 1 inch in diameter)
-Locking stitch markers

Sizes
All sizes are intended to have a chunky/oversized fit. If you are in-between sizes, size down. Photos show a completed S sized cardigan. Follow instructions in the pattern according to the instruction in the color of the selected size.
S, intended for bust 33-35”; 450 meters of yarn in a,b, c and d colors, 600 meters for intended ribbing color.
M, intended for bust 35-37”; 500 meters of yarn in a,b,c and d colors, 600 meters for intended ribbing color
L, intended for bust 37-39”; 500 meters yarn in a,b,c and d colors, 600 meters for intended ribbing color
