Nana’s “Patchwork Heart” Square

• Written in US terms.

• These squares are great stash busters. Using 3 weight/DK or Sport weight yarn and a size H hook, each square uses approx. 30 - 32 yards.

• Squares pictured made with Caron Cotton Ripple Cakes in Mauve Glow. (Cakes were deconstructed into separate colors.) Size H hook.

• Squares measure approx. 6” × 6”.

• Squares can also be made with worsted weight yarn and a larger hook. (Will of course measure larger.)

• Stitch count = 21 stitches per side.

SS = Slip Stitch.
