This blanket was inspired by scrappy quilts and is perfect for using up all those random small bits of yarn that seem to multiply overnight. The blanket is constructed with simple stitches and I have included lots of pictures to help along the way. The best part about this project is that you can effortlessly make it your own. I even include an alternate layout idea to spark your creativity.

Supplies:
• Yarn in lots of colors – I used worsted weight yarn
• 5.5mm crochet hook, or desired hook based on yarn weight
• Scissors
• Darning needle
• Stitch marker (optional)
