The Patent V-Vest is an oversized v-vest that is made from the top down in a patent stitch (also known as a brioche stitch). The vest was created with a wish to teach more knitters how to work with the patent stitch. Therefore, the techniques used are all explained thoroughly and there are video guides for all steps in the pattern. Difficult patent techniques are deliberately not included in this pattern. The vest has beautiful details and is perfect to layer on top of a shirt.
