• crab stitch - optional - you can do single crochet instead of crab stitch

Materials used:

• acrylic yarn - red, white, blue, beige - I used Red Heart Super Saver yarn
• crochet hook - C/2 - 2.75 mm
• fiberfill
• piece of cardboard
• buttons, embellishments of your choice - optional
• tapestry needle

The Patriotic Gnome is approx. 8 inches (20.5 cm) tall using acrylic yarn and 2.75 mm (C/2) crochet hook. The size of the finished gnome depends on the size of yarn and hook you use.
