Although the pattern is written for 3 to 6 month size, it can be easily adapted to smaller or larger sizes by decreasing or increasing the length of the bottom (by increasing or decreasing number of increases) of the two crotch pieces and by increasing or decreasing the length of the top from waist to armholes.
