This simple crochet pattern was inspired by an older cousin who lives in a retirement apartment and wanted a hanger for her kitchen hand towel. She was very specific about her wants.

Worked over a large elastic hair band, single crochet stitches form the ring, base and flap of this hanger.

It’s quick and easy to crochet, uses less than .5 ounce of yarn so a great way to use up smaller amounts of leftover yarn.
