SMALL: 18.5” circumference
MEDIUM: 20.2” circumference
LARGE: 21.3” circumference
X-Large: 22.5” circumference
For best fit, choose a size approximately 1”/2.5cm smaller than head circumference.

HOOK: 4mm crochet hook (or hook size that achieves correct gauge).

YARN: Approximately 260 (280, 300, 320) yards of DK yarn OR Fingering + Lace held together (the sample uses fingering held with kidsilk lace).

GAUGE: 13 stitches & 16 rows = 4” in modified half double crochet worked in the round (with no turns).
