This was one of the first scarves that I made. I looooved the scarf that Nicky Epstein has on for the cover of her “Knitting on the Edge”. I designed this scarf specifically to accompany my Aran knit sweater. They look stunning together. But the scarf does well, all on it’s own, with any sweater or coat.

Error Alert 01/13/09: Thanks to ddl who pointed out a typo in the chart. The chart (Row 7) does have the C3B covering 4 stitches, which is wrong, wrong, wrong. Murphy’s Law has struck again! It should be a C3B followed by a p,k,p,k,p, then a C3F.
