PEACH and COCO, DIY amigurumi bunnies. Follow the pattern and you’re done: detailed instructions and numerous photos of the most important steps.

The bunnies are composed of 4 main parts to sew together at the end. The body is worked from the bottom up, the paws are joined to it as you proceed. The dress, the flower, and the leaves are made separately.

The pattern of the body is the same for both Bunnies which differ in the design of the eyes and in the dresses. The eyes and nose can be outlined with embroidery or with the needle felting technique. Peach wears a closed dress, Coco open. The closure of Coco’s dress can be made with lace, buttons, ribbons or hooks and eyes (see photos).

The peculiarity of Johandmadedesign’s amigurumi patterns is the attention to shapes, modeled with a carefully studied game of increases and decreases. Each stitch is a surprise, the shapes are outlined as the work goes on.

Measures and Materials
Peach and Coco, ears included, are about:
• 11” (28 cm) tall, crocheted using Sport weight yarn (e.g. Scheepjes Catona) and a 2.75 mm hook. You can use any yarn you want, the size of the finished amigurumi will vary according to its thickness and the number of the crochet hook.

La coniglietta è composta di 4 parti principali che in ultimo andranno cucite assieme. Il corpo è lavorato dal basso verso l’alto e le zampe sono unite ad esso man mano che si procede nella lavorazione. Il vestito, il fiore e le foglioline sono realizzati a parte. Il modello del corpo è lo stesso per entrambe le Conigliette che differiscono nel disegno degli occhi e nei vestitini. Gli occhi e il naso possono essere delineati con un ricamo o con la tecnica dell’infeltrimento ad ago. Peach indossa un vestitino chiuso, Coco aperto. La chiusura del vestito di Coco può essere realizzata con un laccetto, dei bottoncini, dei nastrini o dei gancetti (vedi foto).

La particolarità dei modelli amigurumi di Johandmadedesign è l’attenzione alle forme, modellate con un gioco di aumenti e diminuzioni accuratamente studiato. Ogni punto è una sorpresa, le forme si delineano man mano che si procede con il lavoro.

Misure e Materiali
Peach e Coco, orecchie incluse, sono alte circa:
• 28 cm, lavorate con un filato tipo Sport (es Scheepjes Catona) e un uncinetto misura 2,75 mm. Puoi usare qualsiasi filato tu voglia, la misura dell’amigurumi finito varierà in base allo spessore dello stesso e al numero dell’uncinetto.
