The Peachy Keen Tee features open crochet lacework . This garment is worked flat in panels, top down, and then seamed. The simple construction makes it super easy to adjust for width and length for a custom fit, though you may not need to, as it is written to include sizes XS up to 5XL.

I have also included a video link showing the first 11 rows of the pattern, which includes the neck lace and the first of the 5-row pattern repeat.

This garment does have a small amount of positive ease, but if you like things easy-er, you can always size up or adjust stitch count as desired.

Sizes are based on the craft yarn council guidelines, bust measurements (not finished garment measurements): XS - 28”, S - 32”, M - 36”, L - 40”, XL - 44”, 2X - 48”, 3X - 52”, 4X - 56”, 5X - 60”. You will need between 585 and 1260 yards of worsted weight yarn (390-840 main color, 195-420 contrast color), depending on size, and a chart is included with approximate yardage for each size.
