Part of The Peachy Collection, this Hat is worked bottom up, the lace uses simple increases and decreases, and worked just across the middle of the hat, this makes for a relaxing and quick knit.
The hat uses a strand of the fluffy yarn held together with fingering weight, which gives the lace a softer, subtle texture and appearance.

Yarn
1 skein /100 grams / 365m / 399 yards and
1 skein / 50 grams / 300m / 328 yards.
Held together throughout.
Or 100 grams / 332m / 362 yards of sport
weight yarn.
Sample was knit using Loom Hand Dyed Yarns,
Twist sock and Suri alpaca, mulberry Silk both
in the ‘Mint Tea’ colourway.

Needles
3 mm / US 2.5 circular needle 40 cm / 16 inch
0r 100 cm / 39 inch for magic loop and 3mm /
US 2.5 set of DPN’s or size needed to get
gauge.

Notions
Stitch markers and a tapestry needle.

Circumference 50 cm / 19.5 inches.
Length of hat 31 cm / 12 inches brim
unfolded.
Measurements taken after blocking.
