Peacock Hat

In August or September of 2015 I was asked to make some hats resembling a college mascot, a Peacock. Using the basic Owl Hat pattern by Sarah Zimmerman of Repeat Crafter Me, I added these embellishments creating the peacock.

This pattern is available for free for a limited time until testing pattern is complete. Please let the designer know of any questions or clarifications needed.
