Anxiety Awareness Blanket

This blanket uses 2 colors of yarn (you can use any weight yarn just adjust the hook size. You will use only 1 color per row. There is a chart and full written instructions included in the pattern. There is also Information about Anxiety and resources to look into.

This blanket can be made virtually any size.
