Peanut Butter the Elephant
Elephants live in matriarchal groups called herds or sometimes parades. Peanut Butter (Peanut for short) hopes that she can be a great leader like her mom when she grows up. Contrary to her name, Peanut’s favorite snack is actually watermelon. You can make fast friends with her if you’re willing to share. But be warned -- she might get carried away and eat it all!
Peanut Butter is a huggable 12 inches/31 cm long and 9 inches/23 cm tall. Her body is worked as two flat pieces that are sewn together, while her head and limbs are worked in the round. This is a straightforward pattern great for those new to making toys who are looking to try something bigger. And of course, she’s a great pattern for experienced knitters too!
