Pearl from Berlin
Even though it might look very difficult, knitting the Pearl is rather simple. The pattern is a fun knit, suitable for beginners.
Front, back and sleeves are knitted separately with only one needle size. No decreases for armholes.
All the parts will be sewed together using the mattress stitch.
The turtleneck will be knitted directly to the neck line. The pretty crochet border will add the finishing touch. As you don’t have to bath and block the Pearl, I recommend gauge swatching to make sure your finished sweater will fit you.
This pattern was written for a size S (height 1,71cm / 5.7 ft.). Simply add/remove as many pattern rapports as needed to create your size. Just keep in mind that it’s supposed to be an oversized sweater.
