PEARL-SLIPPERS
One-Piece - Toe-Up
The row of white “pearls” across the toe named these light summer shoes.
Wonderful to slip into on cool evenings.

As all my cotton slippers, also this pair is turned into street-shoes! Cord Soles are joined to the bottoms. More sole- info below.

MATERIALS:
Yarn:
DK or Worsted. Cotton, or any suitable yarn.
My yarn: Double-stranded crochet-thread # 3.
Recommended, as you achieve a stiff and sturdy fabric, perfect for this project.
150 g ball (5.3 oz), 435 m (476 yd)
(100 g ball (3,6 oz), 290 m (318 yd)
(50 g ball (1.8 oz), 145 m (159 yd)
WPI (Wrap per inch): 21.
Any brand for crochet thread # 3 will do fine.
E.g.: Aunt Lydia’s Crochet thread Fashion 3.
Amount:
50-100 g (1.8-3.5 oz) depending on size.
Crochet hook:
European metric 3,5 mm (US E/4), or any hook size to obtain the gauge information in instruction.
Sizes:
Small = US 2 - 4 / EU 34-36
Medium = US 5 - 6 / EU 37-38
Large= US 7 - 8/ EU 39-40
Extra Large = US 9-10 / EU 41-42
