Pebble Shawl
I love the word Pebble. It makes me think of diversity and community. Pebbles are big, small, flat, round, smooth, sharp, and come in every color imaginable. You never see a random pebble sitting by itself, they are always in groups. Right now, as the world is facing an unprecedented situation, I am amazed by the way communities are pulling together, the way the world is coming together.
Our Pebble Shawl is a beautiful representation of two different things working together to make a beautiful object. The Pebble Shawl is knitted with a heavily variegated bulky weight thick & thin yarn and a speckled super bulky weight yarn. The pebble pattern is made by slipping stitches, so you only work with one yarn at a time. Increases at the beginning and end of the row make a long and narrow shape.
