Pebbled Beret
My favorite part of knitting a hat is the crown. I especially like the spiral the decreases make as they swirl towards the center. The decreases of this hat stand out on a field of pebbled seed stitch. Baby cables around the bottom edge add an extra bit of texture. The yarn used is soft, silky, and washable; perfect for little ones.
You will need to know how to knit, purl, yarn over, increase and decrease, and cable without a cable needle.
