This is a pretty simple pattern.
The Shrug pattern is in Kim Seekers book, Get Hooked Again. You can find it on Amazon, eBay and other online stores for a very good price. I think I saw one listed for less than $2.00! The book has projects created more toward teensgers or beginners.
