Have I mentioned how cheap I am? It’s true, it took me a very long time to learn to buy quality fiber to knit with. I am still a bargain hunter and I secured the angora/wool blend “Lush” for this project from littleknits.com. It is a fine, soft, gorgeous yarn and it was a pleasure to work with.
My inspiration for this was a beautiful, dressy, summery sweater. Yes the fiber is warm, but the lace in the stitch pattern will let in the breeze, as well as a little light. Swanky!
Bust measurement includes 2” of ease, however this sweater could easily be worn as a fitted garment. The sides are knit in stockinette to allow some customization in size.
