Peekaboo Pals Turtle
This adorable, transforming crocheted toy goes
from a happy & confident turtle with legs and tail in
view to an unhappy turtle with his legs and tail
hidden in his shell
Super fun to make and even more fun to tuck in and out of his shell!
This pattern uses simple stitches, but some familiarity with amigurumi construction is helpful (Advanced beginner/Intermediate)
Over 25 color pictures included in the pattern
This pattern is written using Bernat Blanket yarn and requires:
45yds Bernat Blanket in Smokey Green
15yds Bernat Baby Blanket in Sand
Additional materials:
12mm safety eyes
18in black acrylic yarn
Approx. 2 oz Polyfil stuffing
The finished Turtle is approx. 8 inches in length (nose to tail) and 8 inches in width from tip of leg to tip of leg when legs
are displayed and is approx. 5 inches wide when
legs are hidden
Completed Turtles may be sold and shared as long as the designer & pattern is credited and the designer is tagged.
I’d love to see your finished work!
