Discontinued. This digital pattern is no longer available online.

Pattern is written for one size but the end product fits my 7 year old and myself. To make a longer hat for larger adults just add a few rows as instructed in the pattern.

Loom: Leisure Arts Oval Knitting Loom with 54 pegs
OTHER LOOMS CAN BE USED Just use a loom as you would normally use if you were making a hat, but adjust pattern accordingly

Materials: loom hook, sewing needle, scissors, 4 buttons, crochet hook

Yarn: sample was knit using 1 strand of worsted weight yarn, 75 yards

This is a very simple no sewing to the hat itself. The only sewing you will do is attaching the buttons if desired. Adding buttons is not required, just adds a touch of design

Stitches: ewrap & purl
Skill level: beginner +
Takes about 2 hours from start to finish
