This is a delightful vintage looking afghan with wonderful drape. No need for an edging as the top and bottom are a ripple design. I think this pattern would also make a wonderful baby blanket by changing the beginning chain count.

American terms and abbreviations.

You will need at least 3 cakes to complete the blanket as shown. I used the colorway Tiramisu.
