PeggyLou was my dear late Mother-in-law’s name. Several years ago, she taught me the basics of crocheting. Who would have thought that years later I would be in business for myself making crocheted items & patterns. After she passed away, I looked for a way to honor her memory & all she did for me. The result is this design line.

This intermediate level hat pattern uses some fun stitches like the Bead stitch & back bar stitches. It is worked in rounds, from top-down.

The pattern is written for an Adult size hat, but pattern repeats are given for easy resizing. Instructions are given to make this hat as a beanie, slouch hat, and a messy bun.

Instructions are also included for making this hat with either:

• Worsted weight( #4) yarn & 5.0mm hook
• Bulky weight (#5) & 8mm hook
