This wrap is a combination of simple elements, a center down, crescented triangle of squared eyelets edged with ascending garter pennants that can wrap over your shoulders, or button with 2 wraps.
It was not initially inspired by the series “Outlander”, but as it was coming together, I could easily envision it on Claire.
