This is an easy to follow crochet PATTERN to make a Pencil Lip Balm Cozie and a Finger Lip Balm Cozie in two different sizes.

Size 1 fits a lip balm stick or lip gloss of size 6.5 cm x 1.5 cm (2.6 inches x 0.6 inches). Popular brand names are ChapStick and H & M’s Lip Gloss, although there are many others.

Size 2 fits a lip balm stick or lip gloss of size 6.9 cm x 1.9 cm (2.7 inches x 0.75 inches). One popular brand name is Lobello, although there are many others.

The finished cozies range in size from 8.5 cm (3.3 inches) to 9.5 cm (3.75 inches).

They are both crocheted with sport weight wool in the round using single crochet. Single crochet increases, decreases and double crochet are also used to do shaping. Some sewing together of parts is also needed.

You will need;-
Small quantities of sport weight wool or wool that crochets to a gauge/tension of 24 sts single crochet and 24 rows to 10cm x10cm (4” x 4”) using a 3.5mm hook.
