I wanted to make my son’s kindergarten teacher something extra special for the Christmas season, so I decided to crochet her a pencil cup cozy. It also makes for a great teacher appreciation gift!

This pattern is written in American Standard

SIZE:
12” before loop

– worsted weight yarn in yellow
– worsted weight yarn in black
– worsted weight yarn in grey
– worsted weight yarn in pink
– worsted weight yarn in ivory

– small button

Crochet Hook - Size G (4.0mm)

Pattern Stitches:
ch = Chain
sp(s) = space(s)
st(s) = stitch(es)
sl st = Slip Stitch
sc = Single Crochet
sc dec = Single Crochet Decrease
RS = Right Side
WS = Wrong Side
FO = Finish Off
