Penelope’s Blossom Purse can be many things: a frivolous flower accessory for flower girls at a wedding, a handy cross-bag for your next festival, or if you want to channel your inner Penelope and shine at the next gar-den party. The purse is made up of bobble flowers and bobble leaves. You can use similar colors or draw inspi-ration from other flowers like colorful zinnia’s, Jasmine flowers, forget-me-knots, or even the stars.

The yarn used in this purse is Drops Merino extra fine, but any medium- or worsted-weight yarn with a spring to it can be used.

The Bobble flowers work best with at least medium-weight or worsted-weight yarn. You can use any type or color of yarn, as long as you adjust the hook size accordingly. You might need to adjust your yardage, if you plan to use more or fewer colors than the 4 presented in the initial design. In total, you need about 250g of yarn to make this purse.

The finished purse measures about 8,5 inches or 22 cm in diameter and has options for the strap of the purse.
