You will need:

Yarn of your choice in black, white and orange for the penguin. Yarn weight doesn’t really matter - the size of your penguin will simply turn out bigger or smaller! I used Patons Smoothie DK Yarn and my finished penguin measures 9cm tall.

The same weight yarn in white for the igloo, and in your choice of colours for the scarf and blanket.

A suitable size hook for the yarn you have chosen - I used a 4mm hook.

A small amount of stuffing for the head, body and fish.

Black and pale blue finer yarn or embroidery thread for eyes and igloo markings.

Other tools you will need are a tapestry needle, some scissors and a stitch marker.
