The pattern has a simple border to the edge, with mummy and baby penguin and hearts intarsia motifs that will be sure to make your nursery look complete.

Row by row written instructions, using only knit and purl stitches, it is the ideal project for new knitters and a relaxing knit for those more experienced.

This pattern approximately needs around 200gm of wool, based on using 4mm needles, double yarn and will measure approx. 24 x 24” when completed. This is just a guide- the pattern can be knitted on any wool weight or needle size of your choice, just ensure you have enough of your chosen yarn to complete your project.

Stocking Stitch: 22 sts = 10cms/4 inches. 28 rows = 10cms/ 4 inches.
