Pentagram
We are happy to introduce our pentagram overlay mosaic crochet pattern. It can be used as an altar cloth, potholder, wall hanging, or simply just as a decorative piece for your home. The pattern details how to work repeats, so you could also make a larger project, such as a blanket.
This pentagram crochet pattern uses overlay mosaic crochet technique. We have included a video on how to work special stitches used in this technique. Therefore, even if you are completely new to overlay mosaic crochet, we are confident you will be able to make this pattern.
You can use any yarn and corresponding hook size you like for this project. The finished size will depend on the weight of the yarn used. Using DK yarn, your finished project will measure approximately 30 x 30cm.
All our patterns are tested by ourselves, and multiple pattern testers to ensure they are easy to follow and there are no mistakes. If you require any help with this pattern at all, please just message me. I have included my email address in the pattern :) If you do find a mistake in one of our patterns, please let us know and we’ll be happy to refund you for the pattern.
You will need
• Yarn in two contrasting colours.
• A crochet hook size appropriate for your yarn. I recommend natural fibres, such as cotton yarn.
• Needle for weaving in ends.
• Scissors or yarn snippers.
The pattern is written in US terms.
Stitches used:
