Actually used Penumbra Peruvian Highland 4-ply, no longer available, so Sun of Jupiter is close.
I wanted to show off this mixed-hue yarn, and thought something using knitting in different directions would work. Because this is hand-dyed, I used 2 skeins at once, changing every 4 rows to avoid pooling and sharp changes.

Only 1 size given in pattern: Chest 120cm / 47”.
Size can easily be altered by adding / subtracting rows and stitches according to gauge.

Main body is knitted from bottom-up, started in 2 pieces but joined in the round to armholes. Two sleeve pieces are made in the round and then increases used to shape a yoke worked vertically. The two sleeve/yoke pieces are then grafted together at the back and sewn onto the main body. A button placket and standing collar are then added.

Any reasonably open 4-ply yarn should work for this. The interest is in the streaking effect of the yarn, so this pattern is best with a yarn that would draw attention to the direction of the knitted fabric.
