The Peony Shawl⁠ is a beautiful asymmetrical triangular shawl with a special lace motif. The pattern is easy to memorise and lovely to crochet. The shawl is worked from side to side and the border is made along the way.

Level: Advanced beginner.

Pattern includes both written pattern and a symbol chart!

It will work beautifully with all kinds of yarn, but I used:
-Sport weight yarn: I used (5 balls) 850 m Lana Grossa Landlust Sommerseide (170 m/ 50 g), color 020.
-Crochet hook 4mm

Example is 185 cm or 72.8 inches wide x 74 cm or 29 inches high, but it’s very easy to adjust the measurements.
